AMAZING "NOT NORMAL" GROUP COMES FROM ST. CHARLES, ILLINOIS!
What a JOY and BLESSING to have a group of 17 people from St. Charles, Illinois come to visit and tour Mission Central. Yes, Pastor Mark H. Larson and his members of Bethlehem Lutheran Church came for a tour and visit. They were working also the entire week in the Mapleton, Iowa community with a special program for children who have been through some trama as a result of the tornado that struck Mapleton, Iowa on April 9th, 2011. Their program for the week was "Camp Noah" and what a blessing for nearly 40 young people who have had their lives changed because of this tornado.
This group was led to Mission Central, by our Staff Volunteers, Wayne and Zola Kafton from Mapleton, Iowa. The group enjoyed the visit to the Wayside Prayer Chapel, and also the tour of the offices, fellowship hall and the Museum. It was a special group!
