Dear Prayer Partners and Special Helpers:
Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord Jesus, who is totally in charge of airplanes, and their schedules around the world, and what a joy to report to you that God has surely heard your prayers. We are safe this morning in Hanoi, Vietnam. The trip thus far has been such a blessing for all of us on the team. It is wonderful to see how special little things have happened along this journey to reflect the fact that once more we see things happening at just the right time. The Communist Official that we are working with in Vietnam, Dr. Nu, has truly been such a help to us. He is really very, very happy about the contact with the people of LCMS. God blessed our teaching in Macau and Hong Kong. Our teams are now split traveling to Indonesia, Southern China, Vietnam and Cambodia. It is a very, very busy schedule, but God has blessed us each day. Thanks so much for your prayers...the world is so different here, but God's love and blessings is with us because of your prayers. We will return, God willing, on August 18th, 2006
