GOD CALLS A COUPLE FROM ELKHORN, NEBRASKA AT JUST THE RIGHT TIME TO SEND DR. HENRY ROWOLD TO TAIWAN
Many people spend their entire lives and just don't seem to really "experience" a real miracle! However, that was NOT the case for the staff members and the students from St. Louis Seminary that spent two days at Mission Central on October 7th and 8th, 2011.
A few days ago we received an urgent e-mail from the Honorable Dr. Henry Rowold, seminary professor at St. Louis Seminary. He had been invited to teach at the Lutheran Seminary in Taiwan. Dr. Rowold has such an amazing background in Asia, and can speak the languages of the Chinese people so well, and now this great OPPORTUNITY....but, you guessed it!!!!!!!....NO FUNDING FOR THIS PROJECT! The very day we received this request at Mission Central, we also received an amazing gift of love from some dear friends and supporters of the Lord Work! The gift just happened to be about the exact amount to fund the ENTIRE project for Dr. Rowold to go and teach in the Seminary in Taiwan. Normal people would say..."wasn't that lucky?"....but, we don't say that here at Mission Central...we get on our knees and thank the good Lord for providing at "just the right time". Dr. Rowold came to visit Mission Central with NO IDEA that God has already supplied the full funding for him to leave for Taiwan...and what a JOY to have the people that provided the gift right here on that special day to present their gift of love in person to Missionary Dr. Henry Rowold!
Here you see the students and seminary staff and the special people that God "called" in the barn at Mission Central, commissioning and "sending" another missionary to the field! What a blessing and JOY to send Dr. Henry Rowold on our behalf to tell people in "darkness" about our dear Lord Jesus, the Savior of the world! What an amazing MIRACLE STORY!
