YOUTH COME FROM ORCHARD, NE. AND PIPESTONE, MINNESOTA TO MISSION CENTRAL
What a blessing to welcome the youth from Pipestone, Minnesota and Orchard, Nebraska to come and explore what "mission work is really all about". They came to visit on Saturday the 11th of November and we were blessed with a special day. Yes, it was truly something to have Pastor Marcel Kohlmeyer and his group from Nebraska and Rev. Cliff Adair and his youth from Pipestone, Minnesota come and see what God can do in the middle of a cornfield in the hills of Western Iowa with an old set of farm buildings.
The youth quickly learned that only "not normal" people come to visit this place, and to come from that far, proved to us that the entire group was truly "not normal". They enjoyed the opening devotion in the Wayside Prayer Chapel, and then the tour of the offices and the Museum. They had the opportunity to hear about Mission Work in several parts of the world and learned of what is going on in Mainland China. We thank the adults for bringing these young missionries and one of the boys said before leaving..."I'll never forget this place".....
What a great group of youth and they were so well behaved. We are so happy to have young folks like this come and visit the Lord's Mission Central.
