"NOT NORMAL" PEOPLE FROM MESSIAH LUTHERAN IN LINCOLN, NEBRASKA COME TO MISSION CENTRAL!
What a blessing to welcome the dear folks from the Lincoln, Nebraska area and also have some people from from the surrounding area.....yes, Pete and Jane, did an excellent job of putting together a wonderful bus load of people, and the Arrow Stage driver, Jim, did an excellent job of getting the folks here to Mission Central. The arrived at about 10:30 AM and then had a full tour of the museum, Wayside Prayer Chapel, and the Office Facilities here at the campus...also, they enjoyed a meal served by our Volunteer Cooking Staff here at Mission Central.
The group from Lincoln was headed by Rev. Rick Mensing and his dear wife, and what a blessing to have such a huge turnout for the day. It was a real "surprise" for all the people to have our new missionaries Serena Little and Elliot Derricks who are going to Macau to teach for a year with us also. The folks seemed to enjoy their day, and one of the members was here for her fourth (4th) trip to Mission Central. Here you see he load on the bus and also the entire group gathered in the barn to help send this young couple to southern China.
