SPECIAL EVENT ON SEPTEMBER 17TH, 2011
What a blessing to welcome the Men's Ministry Breakfast Group to Mission Central on the 17th of September. What a blessing to welcome a HUGE bus from the Humboldt, Iowa area and also all the cars from all over Iowa District West. We had 75 men from all over the District come to Mapleton to have the breakfast at St. Matthew Lutheran Church and then move to Mission Central to have their lunch on this special day!
The groups had a chance to see this special property that is owned by Iowa District West, and is now the leading supporting agency for our Missionaries around the world! Many of the men that attended had never had the privilege of seeing the Museum, the Wayside Prayer Chapel or the Fellowship Hall. A special meal was prepared by the Volunteer Cooks at Mission Central.
Here you see the Bus and all the cars that came to Mission Central. It was a day that many will never forget.
