AMAZING LUEDTKE FAMILY COMES TO MISSION CENTRAL
What a joy and blessing to welcome veteran missionaries Todd and Jan Luedtke to Mission Central on December 1st, 2012! It was such a blessing to have the privilege of meeting these dear workers for the Lord Jesus! They have been veteran teachers in the Lord's mission field in Papua New Guinea and in China for many, many years.
They came to visit Mission Central and wanted to see first hand what the Lord can do with an old set of farm buildings in the middle of "no-where". They were pleased to have a tour of the facilities, and tour the Museum and Todd commented, "What a great place for Mission Education"...and their final stop was in the new Wayside Prayer Chapel...where something special happened. After a prayer by old Missionary Gary, it was like a bit of a "commissioning" prayer to encourage this dear couple to take a new assignment to go to a school in Southern China and help there starting in January. After the prayer, Todd said, "Well, I told Dr. Allan and Sandy Schmidt our dear friends in Seward that we were 99% sure we would take this responsibility of this new assignment....but after that prayer, I guess we are now 100% sure we will go in January!" WHAT A BLESSING!
Please remember this dear couple in your prayers as they now prepare to leave for this wonderful assignment in China, working with the school operated by the Hong Kong Synod. Here you see this special couple that the Lord sent to us in our World Famous setting with our Boss in the background!
