HEINEY FAMILY FROM GUINEA COMES TO MISSION CENTRAL AT JUST THE RIGHT TIME!
Many people don't believe in "miracles"....WE SURE DO AT MISSION CENTRAL! God provides them all the time for us. Normal people in the world call them "lucky"....NOT US! We know that God has special plans "prepared in advance" for us to do!
On the 3rd of October the veteran missionary couple from Africa, having spent 27 years of their lives in West Africa, Rev. Tim and Beth Heiney came to visit Mission Central. It was such an honor and privlege to have them come to see our humble buildings and location here in the hills of Western Iowa.
Little did we realize that God had a special reason for having them stop.
When the Heiney family came they mentioned that they had about 21 students in West Africa of their area being ordained and they wanted more than anything else some stoles that are worn by pastors. Just 4 days before Old Missionary Gary had traveled to Council Bluffs to meet with Rev. John and Ruth Northwall and they invited their friend Alice to come and have supper with us at their home. Alice had lost her husband who was a pastor, and she had something special that she wanted to give to Old Missionary Gary.....a huge box with her husband's stoles, and she said, "Gary, would you see if a missionary might have need of these?" And now here comes the Heiney Family with that exact need. Here you see a picture of these African Missionaries with the box of Stoles.....AMAZING.....
However, that wasn't all.....Jenny Augustine from Adams, Minnesota had sent a box with Bibles and Bible Study materials, and she wanted that to go to some Missionary that would take them...and the Heiney's said....BOY, the new pastors are begging for those kinds of Bibles and materials. and here you see the Heiney family receiving the Bibles at "just the right time" to go to their pastors in Africa....WHAT A BLESSING TO SEE THIS ALL TAKE PLACE...ANOTHER REAL MIRACLE!!!
